The research which have been conducted in Selayo, Solok during April to July 2002 were to know the population density of the parasite nematodes at some the injury level of if the bananas wilt diseases. The sample of soil and banana roots taken with Stratified Purposive Random Sampling Method on some the injury level of the bananas wilt diseases. Result of the experiment indicated that nematode population so much the highest with high injury level of wilt diseases (50-75%), however to decrease at fuso (75-100%).
