The ability of endophytic fungi on the cellulose production was examined using qualitative and quantitative analysis. From 100 strains of endophytic fungi 12 strains have found to be able of the cellulose enzyme production Analysis qualitative shows that 2 strains of endophytic fungi as cellulose enzyme producers. The strains have decomposer of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin of cocoonut and oil palm fibers.
