Due to the completeness utilizing electrical equipment and its mechanism on some buildings, It is needed to build up the efficient management for achieving the operational coordinating about a set of its equipment, to maxime of utilizing electric energy, and safety of using building. Also for sure about all installations are real workable. One of the most solution about the management mentioned about is by automatizing the equipment controller which is connected to building automatize system. It is as needed fur maximizing energy used. Related to the case, on this work paper, the writer try to discuss about the controller system which is able to program, is Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) as one of the automatizing controller systems. The system will be as the equipment controller in some buildings (lighting, Air condition, and Alarm/ safety).
