Torque in slider crank mechanism fluctuates in a cycle, mainly in heavy-duty mechanism. The choice of power of motor is based on maximum torque only appearing in small length of time in one cycle. From this fact, because the motor has con-elation with maximum torque then this system isn't efficient and has higher operation cost. To reduce motor size and fluctuation of rotation speed can be used flywheel. The energy needing more the average energy in a cycle can be supplied by flywheel. In this research the flywheel has junction as controlling of torque. The assumption in analysis is load acting in mechanism only inertia force. Using flywheel size of motor can be reduced about 25%.
