Vitreomacular adhesion and traction syndromes are diseases involving pathologic interaction of the vitreoretinal interface. These diseases have been greater delineated with the advent of spectral domain OCT, which has allowed for precise imaging leading to greater description and understanding of the various disease processes. This chapter demonstrates via case examples a variety of vitreomacular and vitreoretinal syndromes, their clinical presentations, and OCT characteristics.
