Drug abuse has been a principal problem in almost all countries. It has an impact on every aspect of human life, Drug abuse can lead to Hepatitis C, HIV/AIDS, lung heart infection, as wll as overdoses. This study tends to compare 3 groups of drug users : those who were treated at RSKO, 20 rehabilitation centers, and those who were handled by the policy. This study reveals that the age and sex of users are the same in those 3 groups. Ironically, teachers are among them. Influences from "peer group" and willingness to try were the most causes that lead to drug habit. Plce where the oatients use and sell drugs are the same in those 3 groups, i.e : their homes and mistly in Central Jakarta and West Jakarta. drugs used by 2 groups were the same, i.e : Opiate while those who were handled by the police were mostly amphetamine.
