A period of early adulthood, representing one of the spanning in human life, representing a period to which full of social expectation and demand. people at this period is expected to have owned stability and independence in face of this life. For that they are expected to have ability to face and think out value and meaning or so-called with term spiritual quotient (SQ). A period of early adulthood is also marked with independence demand of finansial through work. The common theme which stay in work context is problems of work motivation so that this research is also addresses to see this variabe.
