The expansion of gogvernment power also expand the range of issues that should be decided by the government. the question of how power is held becomes urgent because the implications for the human dignity and livelihood of the people. so that the government held with the ethical legitymacy it is necessary the understanding and implemention of governmental power that is based on the fundamental principlesof the middle of the ethicsl vacuum. the basic principles of ethical beauty and equality, equality, kindness, justice, freedom, and truth is no longer the instrisic value in holding power and governance practices. is relevant to question the moral essence of what underlies our current governance practices, and how explain the government's disproportionate actions and impose what is exceeding the propriety, the tendency of discrimination in the practice of law and waiver of equality and decent llife and basic rightsof citizens ?
