This paper studies the sensitivity analysis of customer service level in multi - echelon inventory systems with correlated demands. The multi - echelon which considered here is a supply chain with the relationship among supplier - distribution center - retailers. Both stock points operate a periodic review order - up - to level S echelon inventory policy in which demand occurs at the retailer level. In fact, most of the time the demands have correlations both between successive periods for an item and correlation between demands for an item at different retailer. The sensitivity analysis results demonstrate that the customer service level performance most depend on the overall system parameters setting and the effects of the magnitude of demand correlation.
