This study observe the influence of capital structural changes to liquidity, solvability and rentability in financial performance of PERUM pegadaian. This corporation is considered to be a static business and tends only to be operated by small companies. The secondary data from PERUM pegadaian is used from the year 1993 to 2002 as independent data, and as dependent data include in the financial performance in PERUM pegadaian's liquidity, solvability, and rentability during 1993 to 2002. The types of statistical analysis used is statistical method of multiple linear regression analysis in computer program. This method used is in order to know the influences of the capital structural changes to financial performances known as liquidity, solvability and rentability of PERUM pegadaian. The statistic formula used is Y = a + b1X1+ b2X2, with variable Y, dependent variables as the level of those performance. Variable X1 or independent variables as the change from the long term loan comapring to longterm loan of the previous year. SPSS is used to find the influence of the changes of companies' capital structure in the level of liquidity, solvability, and rentability known as Y = a +b1X2 + b2X2 and that the changes of capital only influence din the level of rentabilities either in economic rentability or capital rentability, however, not for the level of liquidity and solvability.
