The purpose of this study is to test the effectiveness of rhetorical construction model. Part of finding and discussion in the articles that can be published on the accredited national journal. We expect that the articles are usually capable published on journal BISA and being read article be of interest and referred by peer at national level. The data of this research was taken from postgraduate students of Indonesian and English department who wrote the articles in Indonesian language. Data were collected by documentation, observation, taking notes, and recording. In addition, data were also collected by participatory and non-participatory observation. Data analysis was performed with several steps: (1) equate the concept of a theory about the findings and discussion of articles students who are writing articles, find early diagnosis about the article 2) planning, (3) design the repairing with the idea Swales (2004), (4) improve the construction of a model based on the results of discussion of test results effectively with the team. The findings of this study is a model construction articles highly effective research results improve BISA article will be published in an article published in the journal accredited by rhetorical structure. It became effective since the introduction of the chapter rhetorical structure the findings and discussion of articles published in accredited journals clearly understood by BISA writer. Conclusion, construction model development rhetoric and linguistic markers formulated part of the discussion. Suggestion, author of the journal article BISA invited to discuss and workshop continuously to write articles section the findings and discussion with the model of research findings. This is done in order to increase the citation index of scientists (faculty and graduate students of Teaching Indonesian and cognate sciences).
