The interdependence which exists between strategy-making and implementing the plans confirms strategic consistency and improves the probability of execution success. But less people concretely care strategy on well drawn while the 3C firms would expand their business field on developing the electrical/electronic (E/E) technology based vehicle products which are against more rigorous specification to the automotive industry. Hence, this paper discusses two parts of strategic quality and NPD?s process reengineering while emergent strategy is formulating. We evaluate strategic quality with a stage-gate analyzer and focus process reengineering consistency on the ongoing NPD process with APQP requested. What we reduce identification deviation can construct a strong linkage between strategy-makers and executors while strategy-makers scheme their great foresight toward business goal.
