Isi artikelThis research investigates how the organizational creativities which included individual creativity and team creativity influences knowledge creation and how knowledge creation leads to service innovation. Then we construct an innovation model and use empirical data to test this model. Besides, this study also tries to test the moderating effect, which is top management support between knowledge creation and service innovation. The study contains 176 samples collected from hospitals in Taiwan. The results show that the factor of top management support will interfere with knowledge creation and influence service innovation indirectly. Moreover, to improve the service innovation activities in manufacturing industry, it needs individual creativity and team creativity to fulfill service innovation model.
