Production cost of super cement was reduced by using QC story with special quality tools. Multiple Regression as well as path analysis were applied to identify the root causes and to find the relationship between rheology of super cement and significant factors. The process was optimized to trade off between lowest cost and acceptable rheology. The result showed that production cost of super cement was reduced 5.2 Baht/ton cement
