In the last two decades we have seen the GDP of developing economies of Asia galloping north. Unfortunately, along with this we have seen degeneration of core human values, while bottom-lines have been the focal point. Any growth should lead to holistic enhancement in the quality of life. Towards this objective, we researched on the fabric of Quality for Inclusive Growth of Asia. This guided us in adopting an approach towards realizing a Safe, Reliable, Innovative and systematic growth leading to a better quality of life. Considering Asia and particularly India, our conceptual operating model to achieve inclusive growth is “to create VALUE”. The channel which helped us in formulating this solution is our company’s passion in creating and sharing Values.
