In last two years recession has forced organizations to initiate cost management programs. Outsourcing provides rapid business transformation and cost reductions through labor arbitrage, and consolidation of business processes spread across different geographies and multiple products. These processes are consolidated, rationalized, standardized, and optimized by benchmarking against the leading industry practices. To meet the above objectives we have integrated standardization of enabler and core process in our quality framework, initiated activity level benchmarking, metrics based standardization and formed Process lab team. Our Process Lab initiative at is aligned to the entire process life cycle to enable standardization using tools and technologies. Same set of resources – people and platform – service multiple customers enabling faster and cost effective replication of delivery model for new customers. The key benefits of standardization are summarized as increase in business efficiency, benchmarking against leading practices, enhanced controls, scalability, higher throughput and business consolidation.
