Success today does not mean only economic growth; it also deals with improvement in living conditions and creating a cleaner, safer and better world to live in. The ultimate goal is to enhance the quality of human life with solutions that are both innovative and beneficial. The authors formed a research group to analyze Quality for inclusive growth of Asia. We have taken two aspects here, first what are key focus areas for inclusive growth and second how we can build quality in these areas. The ultimate goal is to improve quality of human life – ANQ way. The analysis has been captured in a model named ‘STEP’ which focuses on Asia Pacific region as a whole and India in specific. The guiding source for our model is the House of rientation of our company which comprises vision, mission, values, core competencies and Bosch Business System (BBS). Most appropriate here is to mention that individual commitment to group effort – that is what makes a team, an organization and finally a society prospers.
