Isi artikel
To continual improving, the promotion of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), people would think of the number of Master Black Belts, of Black Belts, of Green Belts, of cases, of cost savings, of sigma quality level and others in 6-sigma management. If what matters is ‘the ability’ of the people to perform continual improvement, how do we manage it? This paper, we would like to share the methods of (1) how to select the topics; (2) how to find the key steps with tools; (3) how to set up the templates, and (4) how to promote to use the templates, and enhance them with the upgraded version of Organization Learning. We use KPIs indicating (a) the Template Numbers, (b) the Versions, and (c) the People who used the templates. This system meets the principles of level 4 (Quantitatively Managed) to Level 5 (Optimized) in CMM (Capability Maturity Model).
