If what matters is ‘the ability’ of the people to perform continual improvement, how do we manage it? This paper, we would like to share the methods of (1) how to select the topics; (2) how to find the key steps with tools; (3) how to set up the templates, and (4) how to promote to use the templates, and enhance them with the upgraded version of Organization Learning. We use KPIs indicating (a) the Template Numbers, (b) the Versions, and (c) the People who used the templates.
