Isi artikel
Many model driven quality certified organizations have been working with a default way of predominantly waterfall model. This paper presents specifically how agile model in a distributed environment can be successfully implemented in the organizations which follow a model based process framework and yet keep the agility in the “Agile Projects”. While implementing a distributed project development, processes provides solid support for what disciplines to consider. When applied, the disciplines create a focus on important aspects of agile methods that perhaps are not normally elaborated. As an example, how to ensure a proper quality of a product backlog or how to mitigate the project risks by way of mitigation and contingency plans for the project. This paper is aimed at presenting the experiences on how any model based frameworks amplifies Agile (specifically scrum) and recommends a subset of processes an agile project could adopt for a successful implementation.
