Isi artikelThe concept of How-To–Live (HTL) schools is based on the educational philosophy of Sri Paramhansa Yogananda, a world scholar, philosopher, wisdom giant and a spiritual Guru. He takes man as a composite of body, mind and soul. An HTL school is "A school which provides uniform physical, mental, emotional and spiritual unfoldment of students." In the present scenario of education, the minds of learners are being bugged up with facts and information without giving them the training of universal (spiritual) principles of peace, love, service, tolerance and faith in the fertile soil of child’s mind. It can be achieved through HTL schools only by following different steps e.g. regular exercise for physical mental and spiritual health, breath control or pranayam, correct posture, regular practice of silence, visualization etc.
