Until now, the evaluation of R&D is conducted from technology perspectives. Recently, the new methodology from business perspectives reveals in the developed countries, named Market-Business-Technology Intelligence (MBTI). Based on the method, the purpose of this research is to develop R&D business M&S (Modeling and Simulation) Systems, which analysis what industries and business model maximize a value of R&D. It helps R&D developers to suggest the directions in the phase of planning of R&D technologies.
