For mart shopping, customers consider that waiting time is one of their critical satisfaction factors. The ideal thing is spending zero time on payment process. In reality, there is human and system’s limitation because of budget problem. But we should try not to happen customer’s dissatisfaction and maintain proper time for this. So we should try to optimize best options of human and system resource although there is restriction. I study artificial neural network and Monte Carlo Simulation in order to analyze and predict waiting time in Mart’s counter.
