an increasingly disruptive world, companies must become as strategically adaptable as they are operationally efficient. To safeguard their margins, Companies must become gushers of rule-breaking innovation. Innovation is the process of creating and implanting a new idea. Innovation often leads to significant shift in competitive position and confers long-lasting competitive advantages on pioneering firms. This study is concerned with investigating the applicability of innovation in the Korea firms, developing a research model. In examining the relationships of the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) in the studies, the results are as follows: Innovational performance is significantly influenced by both financial factor and institutional factor.
