Multi-attribute decision-making becomes complicated and customers prefer many attributes depending on their point of view. Then, the situation that each evaluator has an inconsistent preference relation often occurs. In this paper, we assume that all evaluators havethe evaluation structure consisted of a family of attribute sets to express the inconsistent preference relation. One of our main aims is to propose the concepts of group evaluation structure for representing the common preference relation. We apply algorithm to individuals for constructing a group evaluation structure on homogeneous groups. Based on the proposed methodology, we analyze questionnaire survey of preference about PC.
