Isi artikel
The changes in life cycles in recent years caused by the growing impact of the information age have increased stress in the workplace and the home, prompting some to emphasize the importance of stress management. Most of the existing stress evaluation scales are subjective and measured from the viewpoint of the person suffering the stress, but it is believed that appropriate stress management is not possible unless this stress is apparent to those close to the sufferer. Therefore, this research presents a new stress evaluation scale that can be used based on the observations of others, with a focus on the changes in the behavior and the bodies of those in whom stress is engendered (stress reaction behavior).
