Communication among medical staffs about the patient is essential to offer high-quality medical services. But communication errors that can often occur in the process of administering medicine. In this study, we will be attempting to identify error-factors by analyzing errors that commonly occur within the communication process. Also, we will focusing on how to improve working methods and attempting to verify our findings by actually introducing better working methods into hospitals.
