Contributing to the Quality of Human Life is where people live with dignity and achieves balance in fulfilling physical, emotional, and intellectual and self-actualization needs in harmony with nature. This Case Study is about enriching lives of 2200 under-educated, under-skilled and under-privileged people residing in the neighbouring areas of our manufacturing unit by integrating them with us and equip them with skills and knowledge to operate our State-of-the art World scale plants. The effort was mammoth extending over 30 months using unique Training methodology, Health Management and Engagement Systems evolved through PDCA approach.
