This paper provides an overview of the quality-related awards in Singapore, giving a picture of the diverse ways and approaches in which organizations can implement and deliver value and achieve Organizational Excellence (OE). The paper also highlights the emergence of niche or industry specific awards that complements the main stream quality awards administered by public administrators such as SPRING Singapore and the Productivity and Standards Board (PSB). This paper also provides a brief analysis of the awards, which will also enhance the understanding of how these awards complement each other, assisting Singapore’s workforce to attain world-class quality standards.
