Attaining consistent product with less variations leads to customer trust a basis for “all inclusive growth”. This is possible when the process becomes robust – meeting the target every time. In this case study a new methodology is applied to develop a robust process. This new “Process Window Approach”– determines the operating limits to the input process parameters which have been identified earlier as critical Thus enabling control on critical few rather than on all parameters – to maintain the process as robust.
