Unfortunately ISO 9001 standard on Quality Management System (QMS) does not recommend an exercise of this nature. In this paper, an attempt has been made in suggesting a way to Quality Risk Assessment (QRA) in the adaptation of QMS. The methodology of assessments in qualitative and quantitative terms for each activity in an organization are on the basis of are author’s own perception and understanding in the context of EMS, OHSMS, FSMS and EnMS, which he tries to instillate in QMS.
