To fulfill corporate social responsibility, LOHAS (Lifestyle of Health and Sustainability) has been attracting attention of business industry for a decade. Since beginning of this century Uni-president group, a food company, and its subgroup, 7-11 convenient stores, started to implement LOHAS and it has been quite successful. In this study, we investigate the key success factors in implementation in the 7-11 convenient stores via interviews of the key persons and case study of the companies in the supply chains. The KSFs are found in four aspects, 1. Social environment---the consumers’ recognition of the importance of LOHAS . 2. Resource—increase capital on this area, exploit of new technologies and new equipments, and expansion of convenient chain stores. 3. Products—produce products made of organic, natural and environmental friendly ingredients. 4. Promotion—increasing consumers’ awareness of LOHAS implementation in the convenient stores.
