This project improved reliability of activated sludge wastewater treatment system by using problem solving QC story. Factor affecting COD, MLSS and efficiency of pre-treatment system was studied by using multiple regression with interaction and quadratic relationship. The process was optimized based on the statistical models from regression analysis, resulting in better discharge water quality and sustainable environment for community.
