In Bangladesh, construction was a public sector dominant activity in the past. Decentralization of public sector construction provided scope for private sector growth. Privatisation of construction industry developed skill of entrepreneurs. Consequently real estate sector emerged as a private sector booming business. As a result skyline of Dhaka City is changing with rise in tall buildings. Today there are more than one thousand developers contributing to mitigate housing needs of Bangladesh. Quality remained a critical question. This paper will highlight how those developers are addressing the needs for quality and customer satisfaction.
