Fulltext: b14-043.pdf (73.38KB) Isi artikel Principal aim of the paper is to present some assessment of the socio-economic impact of the solar Home System (SHS) in rural Bangladesh. For such purpose Propensity Scoring Method (PSM) has been adopted to data collected at household level. For matching without replacement we have considered low-to-high, high-to-low and random matching. We have also considered weighted difference in means to estimate intervention effect as well as weighted regression. Spectacular identification of impact has been obtained through PSM.
