This research is empirical juridical research, using primary and secondary data. The collecting data were analyzed qualitatively. Results of the analysis are presented in the form of the description. Basic formation of the Society of the community in the Tourism Village is common values. Its development, the formation of the association has been shifted into patembayan. However patembayan which is formed still reflects the mutual values of the local community.
