This research is a sosio-legal studies that uses primary and secondary data. This research was conducted to find out the strengths and weaknesses of the implementation of Corporate Environmental & Social Responsibility based on public perception. This is done to determining the direction of the policy of social responsibility in the future. The long-term goals to be achieved in this program in accordance with the needs of the community, in order to create a harmonious relationship between corporate and community.
