The purpose of this research is to know and to analyze the relation between family-job conflict and job satisfaction and quit intention. Method used for this research is analytical descriptive by employing statistical test (for example, correlation test and difference test) for certain hypotheses. The result are: Differences concerning family demand between female and male respondents were existed. Family demands appeared more obvious among female respondents; Family demand and job demand positively relate with family-job demand; Respondent’s sex has moderation effect to the relationship of family demand, job demand, and job family conflict. Respondent’s marital status has moderation effect to the relationship of family demand, job demand, and family-job demand; Family-job conflict had positively relationship with intention to quit and job satisfaction. Such relationship, however, is very weak.
