The present political practice experience the state of smallness and become a power struggle for sake of power, and not politics as a struggle to realize the collectives virtues. It occurs the separation between politics and ethis such as tje separation of water and oil. the mission of the reforms to deliver dood governance, free from corruption, the face of the country as reflected in news of mass media revealed the ugly: Poverty of exemplary, loss of justice and legal protection, social inequality, social facbric cracks, expansion of violence, crime and gangsterism, drug octopus, unrest in the mines and planations, transport accidents and vulnerability of public facilities.
