In such traditional classroom, learning is considered as a term of acquisition, in which the lecturer usually provides input and the students process the input as an output. Participation describes the situation in which the role of the lecturer is to provide learning opportunities to the students who are expected experience language learning as something personal. Tour can be one of the ways to give students an opportunity to interact each other and with their surroundings. Therefore, tour to some historical and cultural places based on theme of speaking materials are expected to increase students’ interest to speak up fluently as well as train them to communicate with others out of classroom.
