Abstract In general, for each company, employees are an important asset that must be their case. Therefore for a particular company engaged in services that rely on the performance level of employees in the company, then the company is required to optimize the performance of employees. Human resource management needs to focus its attention on the role of regulation in the human resources activities of an organization and several important aspects that need to be considered such as transformational leadership style and motivation to improve employee performance.
