The purpose of this research was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of Third Party Funds, Lending and Financial Performance NIM to Go Public Private Bank in Indonesia. The population in this study were all private banks to go public in Indonesia in 2008-2012 as many as 37 companies. The sample companies were selected using purposive sampling method is as much as 23 companies. This research is causal comparative research using quantitative data types. The data used in this research is secondary data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, mainly for financial reports and annual reports of companies sampled in 2008 and 2012. The model data analysis using multiple linear regression model approach and residual test, quality test instruments research, data normality test and classical assumption. The results of the simultaneous study of third party funds, lending and NIM significant effect on the financial performance Go Public Private Bank in Indonesia. Partially each third party funds, Lending and NIM significant effect on the financial performance Go Public Private Bank in Indonesia.
