The Faculty of Economy Christian University of Indonesia was established in 1953 and had graduated many students. During that the time too, it had faced many obstacles. One of them was the services of the administration staffs toward the old and new students. Based on the that condition, the writer wants to know how the satisfaction level of the students toward the services of the administration staffs of the Faculty of Economy Christian University of Indonesia. The aim of this research is to know the student’s satisfaction toward the administtration staffs services. This research is taken in Cawang East Jakarta and the population is all the students who has registered online in the even semester 2011/2012. There are 672 students with 230 students as the research’s sample. The variables are responsiveness, tangibles, assurance, reliability and emphaty. In getting the data about the information that is needed the writer uses two methods : secondary and primary data, for analysing them the writer uses Descriptive and Performance Analysis with Likert Scale and Kartesius Diagram. From this study the coclusion is the administration staffs have to be quicker in serving the students so that they do not have to wait for a long time and also the staffs have to be more proactive in serving the students.
