Isi artikelCreative industries in some countries, have become a major force in strengthening the economy on a national scale . Indonesia is still trying to make the creative industry as a 'new wave' in the national economic cycle. In the midst of these efforts, each field of creative industries faces many challenges-specific business characteristics. Among these unique challenges, there is a common challenge faced by almost all the creative industries, namely the presence of hybrid consumer, in the middle of the dynamic environment . To be able to meet the needs and desires of the consumer hybrid, entrepreneurs in the creative industries need to transform the organization.
