Isi artikelThe research is aimed to analyze text presentations of companies profiles and their products information. The functions of sentence elements are studied based on the theory of dependency grammar put forward by Engel. There are 85 sentences as the data. The speech act dominating the text presentation of the companies' profiles under study is notification in a narrow sense, that is, exercitation, and it refers to the interlocutor as hearer.
