Micro, small and medium enterprises development in papua is a strategic issue for the region. Majority of the papuan peoplem who still live in the country side engaging in the subsistence economy, Entrepreneurship development in papua will contribute to prepare local people involving as prime movers of business and econoic development of the region and improving their welfare. Micro banking services are considered to have a strategic role to develop the papuan micro, small and medium enterprises. Micro banks are able to tailor their products and service meeting the financial neeeds of the papuan enteprises. Savings habit is important to discipline people managing their income and prepare enterprises access to micro bank service. Role of NGO's are important to prepare potential entrepreneurs assess to bank services.
