Isi artikelThe present study aims to investigate the graduate students’ attitudes towards astronomy. The study group consists of 30 graduate students participating in the project of Aksaray Astronomy Education Science School carried out between 08-14 July 2013. Astronomy Attitude Scale was used to assess the participant’s attitudes towards astronomy. The analysis of the data revealed that there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores. While there is no gender-based significant difference between the pretest scores of the participants, there is a significant gender-based difference between the posttest scores. In light of the findings of the present study, administration of similar projects can make important contributions to the development of positive attitudes towards astronomy.
