Psychological empowerment refers to a state of motivation regarding working environment, which may improve job commitment. A new hospital bed management system has been introduced, with strategies to facilitate the supervisors’ decision making in patient allocation, improve communications between clinical departments, and soothe the stress of the frontline nurses.
