In shipbuilding at the time, the merchant ship or passenger ship will be need good accommodation cabin is a requirement exist. The ironic time to build good accommodation cabin it self is located on the behind position because dependence on the other part accommodation. To solve the problem is reducing the dependence by using the cabin module. The cabin module is a complete cabin which is builded separately contain frame, partition, furniture, and lavatory set with self system support (electrical, pipe and ducting) The thesis has studied of feasibility the cabin module system to applied on the PAX-500 by looking at it from a technical and economical view to get a scale comparation between cabin module system and cabin conventional system. The good cabin module has been studied the process production, additional equipment and the manpower requirement and also design for furniture and the self support system of the technical view. From the economic view has been studied man hour reducing and time of transportation reducing consider to cost (rupiah). Result analysis of application cabin module on the ship PAX- 500 is produced reduction man hour in the amount 70,1% for 30 (thirty) cabins. The total reducing of expenses is about 16,75% from the total man hour on the ship or shorten of the time about 15% form total time the processing vessel. As technical view is produced a module by using special furniture which pure hanging and half hanging. It is also proponent system consists with electric, pipe and ducting to use the centralized system.
