Isi artikelA microstrip quadruplexer designed and realized with one output port and two input ports, realized using Taconic RF-35 PCB. The Input of quadruplexer for each ports are two different frequency bands, so the output of quadruplexer is combination of it’s four different frequency bands, in this case was designed for LTE frequency 925MHz - 960MHz (FDD), 1475.9MHz - 1500.9MHz (FDD), 1880MHz - 1920Mhz (TDD) and 2570MHz - 2620MHz (TDD). This quadruplexer was designed uses two dual-band bandpass filters with dual-mode resonator method. Two dual-band bandpass filters are used to reduce the quantity of filters because a dual-band bandpass filter can selecting two frequency bands. A dual-band bandpass filter designed using dual-mode resonator method with closed end loading stub, which acts as two coupled resonator. In the simulation the value of insertion loss passband and return loss passband for every frequency bands are approach with the specification, but in the realization the values obtained uneven, the insertion loss passband of the second and the fourth frequency bands are =2dB and it just the fourth frequency band which reach 16dB for the return loss passband. Compared with the simulation the smaller frequency shift in the realization is 14MHz and the most is 38MHz, whereas the bandwidth for the second and fourth frequency bands are broaden 3MHz and 1Mhz. The isolation for all frequency bands are accordance with the specifications which is =30dB.
