The task of leader of any organization is making decision in an effort of solving problems that emerge. Decision making and problem solving are fundamental to total quality management. On the one hand, good decisions will decrease the number of problems that occur. On the other hand, the workplace will never be completely problems-free. The purpose of this article is to explain how to make a better decision, solve problem effectively, positively and in ways that don’t create additional problems and finally handle problems in ways that promote quality.
